Return & Refund Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery All products are shipped from China. Signature-required delivery is recommended to avoid lost packages due to unattended drop-offs. We are not responsible for losses resulting from non-signed deliveries.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect products, contact us at help@tosummer.shop within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. A reshipment or refund will be arranged after verification.
2. EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal request function available on our website, or contact us at help@tosummer.shop. You must clearly state your name, order number, and intention to withdraw.
Upon withdrawal:
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please note that goods must be returned to our warehouse in China; we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
- If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value.
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal (e.g., sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery). Please contact us if you have questions about specific products.
3. Returns for Non-EU Customers For customers outside the EU, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us at help@tosummer.shop within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization before sending any items back.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The following items are not eligible for return (for non-EU customers):
- Products that have been opened or used
- Unsealed cosmetics or skincare items
- Promotional or limited edition products
- Items returned without prior authorization
4. Customs & Import Duties
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
- Refunds due to delivery delays will not be accepted unless the package remains undelivered after 30 calendar days from the shipping date.
- Import duties and customs taxes are generally included in the product price for most destinations. However, in rare cases where additional charges are imposed by local customs authorities beyond our control, these may be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns.
- If a package is held by customs, we can offer a one-time reshipment or a refund, per your preference.
5. Additional Notes
- We recommend retaining proof of postage and photographing your packaging before returning any items.
- We reserve the right to decline return requests that violate this policy or exhibit suspicious behavior.
